Free Throws

By Hoya Hoops

When the Hoyas took on Notre Dame, we asked you to predict the total number of points that would be scored. Georgetown fell 73-67, meaning that Emily’s guess of 139 was the closest. Good job, Emily.

The Hoyas now turn their attention to Providence, in what is essentially a must-win game if the team wants to stay in the hunt for a third Big East regular season title. Free throws were the difference maker in Georgetown’s last game, and if the Hoyas want to keep from going 1-3 in conference play, they will have to hit from the line.

What percentage will Georgetown shoot from the free throw line, and how many attempts will they have?

We think the Hoyas will shoot 80%, going 12-15. Leave us your predictions in the comments.
