Free Throws
By Hoya HoopsLast week, we asked for the total number of points that would be scored in Georgetown’s trip to the Carrier Dome. The Hoyas rallied late but fell short in overtime against Syracuse, 98-94. That means 192 points were scored, making us the closest. Better luck next time.
Speaking of next time, the Hoyas look to start the final third of their Big East season with a win, and they travel down to Tampa to do it. In the past two Georgetown overtime losses, the Hoyas have shot a poor percentage from the free throw line. Free throws could be key again if the Hoyas want to start a winning streak.
What will the Hoyas free throw percentage be, and how many attempts will they have?
We anticipate Georgetown getting to the free throw line a lot. We think they will shoot 85%, going 17-20 from the stripe. What do you think? Post it in the comments.
