Before the Villanova game, we mentioned that DaJuan Summers was coming off a sub-par performance against Louisville and would have to step up his game to get the Hoyas back on track. He did just that, leading all scorers with 16 points. That means that Let’s Go Hoyas was only one point off in his guess, so he gets the win.
The Hoyas now look to close out the season strong, hoping that three straight wins to end the regular season coupled with a few wins in the Big East Tournament will be enough to convince the committee of the team’s worth. That mission continues tomorrow against St. John’s. The last time the Hoyas played St. John’s in Madison Square Garden, the game was over at halftime, with the Hoyas cruising to a 74-42 victory.
How many points will Georgetown score and what will the final margin be?
We think the game will be closer than last time, but not by much. Our guess is the Hoyas score 70 in a comfortable 15 point win. Post your guesses in the comments.
