Basketball Season Countdown
By JohnnyMidnight Madness is less than a month away. In fact, it’s just four weeks from tonight. In honor of the occasion, we’ve updated our banner up top to be a countdown to the official opening of basketball season.
The hoops party will take place on Friday, October 15, and lead into midnight on the 16th. There’s no word yet if the event will be televised like it has been the past two years, but the one thing we know for sure is that it will take place at McDonough Gymnasium.
Note: we made the countdown look like McDonough’s scoreboard and not like the Verizon Center’s.
If you can’t wait that long for Hoya basketball, here’s some reading for you to catch up on in the meantime.
