Scoring in Maui
By Hoya HoopsThe Hoyas handily defeated UNC-Greensboro in the mainland portion of the Maui Invitational last Wednesday, cruising to a 86-45 win. Before the game, we asked you to guess the number of blocks Georgetown would have. As it turned out, the Hoyas did not need many blocked shots to secure the victory and ended the night with only two. Since Bob from Columbia and bobby cox both guessed five blocks, they were the closest. That means that they each get a point and are tied in the lead. Nicely done.
The Hoyas now travel to Hawaii to play three more games in the Maui Invitational, starting with Kansas on Monday night/Tuesday morning. We will be having just one Pregame Predictions question for the whole tournament, and to make it interesting it will be worth two points, so the winner will jump into the lead. And here it is:
Who will lead the Hoyas in scoring during the Hawaii trip, and with how many points?
We think that Jason Clark will lead Georgetown, with 60 points in the three games. Post your answers in the comments, and be sure to get your guesses in before tip-off.
