Threes
By Hoya HoopsGeorgetown’s first game after Maui was not pretty, but after an uninspired first half the Hoyas played well enough to defeat IUPUI 81-58. We asked you to predict the number of rebounds the Hoyas would grab in that game, and with the Cougars shooting just 35% from the field on the night, there were plenty to go around. Georgetown tied their season-high with 43 rebounds, which means bobby cox was only one off. Nicely done.
The Hoyas are in Tuscaloosa tonight to take part in the Big East-SEC Challenge. Georgetown will take on the Alabama Crimson Tide at 9:30 PM. In honor of former Georgetown guard and Alabama native Jonathan Wallace, we thought we would ask a question he would approve of.
How many three pointers will Georgetown have, and who will lead the team?
We think the Hoyas will hit seven threes, led by Hollis Thompson. Give us your guesses in the comments.
