Christmas 2001 – Hoyas Sing Jingle Bells

By Hoya Hoops

We had to dig deep in the archives for this one, but eight years ago, Kevin Braswell, Mike Sweetney, and Wesley Wilson serenaded us with some holiday tunes. Here’s “Jingle Bells”:

Midnight Madness in Four Minutes

By Hoya Hoops

There was a competition at Friday night’s Midnight Madness: who could make the worst quality 4-minute video of the night’s events?

I think we might have won. Check it out.

Friends

By Johnny

Well, we’re not sure if the Rival Reels contest is going to come back this season or not. The competition’s head, Andy Rowden (not to be confused with this guy), doesn’t work for Georgetown anymore and we haven’t seen any ads about it this season. Regardless, we made a video and submitted it to the people in McDonough and you might catch it at tonight’s game. Who knows.

If you want to watch it now, we’ve uploaded the video to YouTube, but they made us take down the audio due to copyright. We found another video on YouTube with the same audio, so if you want to get the full experience hit play on both of the clips below and watch the cartoon.

Stage Hand

By Hoya Hoops

Here’s a Rival Reels video that we made for the upcoming Villanova game tonight. Again, we can’t have the real audio on the web, but if you make it out to Verizon Center, you might be able to catch it as it was meant to be seen.

Bull Run

By Hoya Hoops

We’ve made another Rival Reels video for everybody, this one for the South Florida game tonight. It’s a documentary about the running of the bulls and on what makes the bulls run. We hope you like it.

Pirates of the Big East

By Hoya Hoops

Here’s a Rival Reels video we’ve made for the upcoming Seton Hall game. Captain Jack fights the Seton Hall Mascot in “Pirates of the Caribean: Curse of the Black Squirrel.”

Let It Snow

By Hoya Hoops

We made this Rival Reels video for the Syracuse game. We were a little disappointed that they didn’t show it at the Verizon Center, but we think it’s worth a look. Especially since we won.

Hoyasax

By Hoya Hoops

This video didn’t make it to the big screen at the Verizon Center, but we’ll still post it here for your entertainment. Everything is a little more entertaining after Roy’s big three.

Do Your Part

By Hoya Hoops

The first Rival Reels of 2008 was brought to you by none other than your friends at Hoya Hoops. Unfortunately, we had to change the audio because of copyright issues on the web, but we hope you can still enjoy the Adventures of Kevin B Zlotnick.
