Riley on Campus
By Hoya Hoops- Coach John Thompson III and assistants David Cox and Kenya Hunter were seen this past weekend at the Tombs with class of ’09 prospective recruit Dashonte Riley. Riley is a 6’10” center from Detroit Country Day. Here’s a link to some highlights from Youtube.
- Barker Davis of the Washington Times has written an article on next year’s team, discussing the high turnover of players with Coach Thompson. In the article, it confirms that recruit Chris Braswell will not be joining the team because of academic issues and that Florida State big man, Julian Vaughn is indeed transferring to the hilltop.
- Also according to Barker Davis, Jeremiah Rivers is planning to transfer to Indiana University.

jeremiah is a good player and apparently he thought he needed to do something better or he something like that. but i am a huge fan of jeremiah and at first i didnt like that he transfered but i think he is doing what he thinks is right and i support it

doc you are agreat dad no matter what and yeah he was a great player at georgetown but hopefully he will a better player at indiana. jeremiah i support your decision no matter what dont let no body tell you anything about your decision.
