Hoyku
By Hoya HoopsAlright, for the first edition of Hoya Hoops’ Game Time, we’ll be writing Hoykus, poetry about the beauty of Georgetown Basketball. But before we get to explaining the rules, here is an excerpt from the classic television show Cheers:
Sam: Oh, come on Diane, writing poetry is easy. All it has to do is rhyme.

Long Live Jim Boeheim
Think you can do better? Post your own Hoykus in the comments.

I think it’s time to

Actually, I can make it better:
I can’t wait to say
“Cheer for victory today”
When the Hoyas play.
Now it rhymes.
