Before the Belmont game, we asked you how many points Jason and Hollis would combine for in the Hoyas’ NCAA opener. Jason had a great performance, putting up a game-high 21 points, while Hollis only added 6. So that means that Bob from Columbia is the closest with his guess of a combined 27. The postseason prediction earns him two points, and that means that he and Bobby cox are tied in the hunt for the Hoya Hoops T-Shirt.

The Hoyas will now face NC State in the Third Round of the NCAA Tournament. The two teams met last year in the Championship game of the Charleston Classic, and the Hoyas were victorious thanks to a big game from Hollis Thompson. It’s similar to the last question, but since #1 did not have his best game against Belmont and he’s had a history of stepping up his game in the tournament, we’re going to ask it anyway.

How many points will Hollis Thompson score against NC State?

We’ll say he’ll get back into the swing of things and score right around his average – 13 points. What do you think?

    9 Hollywood is in a slump and needs a blockbuster. I hope he puts my prediction to shame, but recently he has been in the wrong place at the wrong time, time after time. Reminds me a little of Henry Sims in his first three years – worried about being pulled out by the coach for making a mistake, mind games leading to error after error.
