The Georgetown Hoyas blew away the Radford Highlanders by 59 points with a dominating 110-51 victory. Freshman Austin Freeman earned a career-high for the second straight game, this time collecting 21 points to lead five Hoyas in double figures. Georgetown used a 12-0 run early in the game to take an 18-3 lead. The game was never in doubt from that point.

Georgetown led by 24 points at halftime, and in the second half Coach Thompson was able to give his reserves extended minutes. For the second straight game, twelve different Hoyas played, and eleven of them scored. DaJuan Summers continued his increased offense of late, scoring 17 points. Over the last four games, Summers has averaged 16.3 points per game; in the first four games of the season he averaged only 7.

Georgetown is now 8-0 on the season, but their next game will surely be a much closer contest than tonight as they travel to Tennessee to take on the #2 ranked Memphis Tigers. Game time is set for 12:00 pm.
