By Hoya HoopsSince nobody predicted Austin Freeman as the leading scorer against Jacksonville, we threw out the same question for the Radford game. Hoya Gray said that Freeman would lead all scorers, and that he did, putting up a career-high 21 points. So congratulations to Hoya Gray.
Against Memphis, the recurring question amongst analysts has been, will Georgetown control the pace and keep it low scoring or will Memphis push the tempo and speed past the Hoyas. After watching the past couple of games, though, it would seem that the Hoyas can keep up with anybody, and it’s not clear that Georgetown will want to slow the game down.
So the question for this game will require you figure out what the tempo of Saturday’s matchup will be like:
When Georgetown plays Memphis, what will the teams’ combined scores be?
We’re going to say that the game will be somewhere in the 70’s, so our guess is that Georgetown and Memphis will combine for 153 points.
