In their final road game of the season, the Georgetown Hoyas came up with their best road performance of the year, coming from behind to beat Marquette 70-68. Jonathan Wallace made three free throws with 2.8 seconds left to tie the score and force overtime, capping an 11 point comeback in the second half.

Georgetown continued their remarkable run of winning close games, this one hitting key free throws in the final seconds to go ahead by two. Marquette had a chance to win the game on their final possession, but three Hoyas - Rivers, Summers, and Wallace - combined to force the turnover at the buzzer.

Roy Hibbert and Jonathan Wallace each had the team high 20 points, and Summers had a career high 14 rebounds. Patrick Ewing was instrumental in the Hoya comeback, scoring five points in a row and getting two assists to help pull the Hoyas even. Georgetown overcame a season high 21 turnovers to regain sole possession of first place in the Big East.

The Hoyas head home for the regular season finale knowing that a win over Louisville will give them back to back regular season titles. Tip off is at noon.
