The NBA season tips off on October 28th. It’s easy to miss some of the transactions in the NBA during the off-season, so here is a list of all of the Hoyas in the league. Naturally, all of this is subject to change, but here’s what we have right now.

Dikembe Mutombo

Mutombo is currently out of contract. He ended last season with the Houston Rockets. The Rockets have expressed interest of trying to sign Mutombo as a back-up to Yao Ming, but currently no deal has been finalized.

Allen Iverson

Iverson begins his 13th NBA season and his third year with the Denver Nuggets. Denver begins their season on the 29th of October on the road against the Utah Jazz.

Jeff Green

Green spent his rookie season in Seattle with the SuperSonics last year. Now his team has moved and is known as the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Thunder’s first game will be on Wednesday, October 29 when they host the Milwaukee Bucks.

Roy Hibbert

Big Roy was drafted in the first round of the 2008 NBA Draft by the Toronto Raptors with the 17th overall pick. He was then traded to Indiana. The Pacers begin their season on Wednesday, October 29 at the Detroit Pistons.

Patrick Ewing Jr.

Currently Ewing is on the roster of the New York Knicks. The team has 18 players on their roster and will still need to cut three players. Good luck to Patrick making the team.
