Shot Attempts

By Hoya Hoops

The Georgetown Hoyas suffered their first loss of the season Saturday against Old Dominion. In our Pregame Predictions, we asked if the Hoyas would win. Everyone said yes, so everyone loses. Not a good day for Georgetown fans.

The Hoyas look to put the past behind them as they take on Harvard on Wednesday at noon. One of the reasons for the Hoyas’ defeat was the extra possessions they allowed their opponent to have. The Monarchs had 13 more shot attempts than the Hoyas, and in a four point game, those extra shots made all the difference.

Who will get more shot attempts, and how many more?

We think the Hoyas will be outshot by four but still be able to get the win.

What do you think? Post your comments.

i think they need to play benimon more he is a strong big post player and is very talented and needs to get experience so he can be the dominate player he can be. they need to feed the ball down low more also and use there hight and strength being monroe, vaughn, and benimon
